S_163425 Ensure the successful production of plastic materials through preventative maintenance,
running the machines and equipment at optimum performance levels. Provide quality assurance
for finished goods, productivity/manufacturing considerations for efficient throughput.

Responsibilities:

Understands and adheres to all safety policies and procedures to prevent injury to self and co-workers
Ensuring and enforcing all policies and procedures (safety and company)
Ensuring PPE in worn at all times necessary
Ensure safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses,
and property damage are reported in the required time complete required paperwork.
Troubleshooting equipment
Ensuring the quality of product
Following the Process Control Parameters
Verifying quality of product through inspections and tests
Ensuring the completion and accuracy of all required reports
Ensure proper work attire is worn
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Housekeeping (sweeping, cleaning, wipe-downs, garbage)
Ensuring the production floor and all common areas are prepared and clean for the
next shift … Communicate effectively will all employees
Minor repair or replacement of parts as needed during shift to maintain proper
specification of manufactured parts
Document all production counts, including rejects, regrinds, and good production.
Communicate with lead or shift supervisor to address any need for improvement.
Helping Packers with their duties.
Communicate effectively to managers and employees.
Meeting production priorities and targets.

Working hours:

7:00 AM – 3:30

PM Skills:

Minimum of 1-3 years plastics experience.

High School Experience:

Qualifications:

Ability to understand basic math.
Work in a team environment.
Familiar with machine operations.
