11:00 PM 7:00 AM Job Description Position Overview Operate basic finishing equipment and tools following established processes and work order instructions. Perform quality tests, meet productivity standards, and comply with all safety regulations. This entry-level role is under direct supervision, with opportunities to learn machinery and procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain finishing equipment and tools. Follow work order instructions and quality control procedures. Adhere to productivity and safety standards. Learn company policies, equipment functions, and workflow processes. Build positive working relationships and resolve basic operational issues.

Hours:

11:00 PM 7:00

AM First Day:

9:00 AM 5:00 PM (for onboarding)

Pay Rate:

$16.50/hr Overtime (OT): Possible when workload increases. Must be available to work every other Friday (same shift hours).

Requirements Education:

High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.

Experience:

Less than 1 year (training provided).

Safety Gear:

Steel-toe shoes required.

Interview:

Mandatory (in-person or virtual, as applicable). Work Environment Manufacturing/finishing setting with hands-on machine operation. Emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.
