The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating high-speed machines and will be responsible for producing high-quality work while maintaining safety and productivity standards. As a Machine Operator II, you will follow established procedures, perform quality checks, and contribute to a team-focused environment. #IND123

Responsibilities:

Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production tools and equipment Attention to detail and quality assurance practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00

AM Skills:

Prior experience as a Machine Operator II or in a similar manufacturing role Experience with quality testing tools or measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges) Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices Ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints Familiarity with ERP systems or production tracking software

Education:

High School Experience:

4-7 years
