Machine Operator Position Available In Jackson, Georgia

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Operate assigned machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.

+ Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first 90 days of employment. + Consistently meet production requirements and quality standards. + Identify and correct unsafe or defective products. + Maintain a clean and safe work area while accurately documenting production activities.

• What’s Needed?
• + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. + One year of related experience is preferred. + Ability to use personal protective equipment at all times. + Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures.
