Job Description We are seeking a skilled machine operator to fill an opening with a local company in Valdosta, Georgia. Interested candidates should have a minimum of three months’ experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing/production environment. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Report machine and material problems to Supervision promptly Verify and maintain proper operating parameters, making required adjustments where needed. Inspect film to ensure compliance with all applicable product specifications. Troubleshoot machine problems with assistance or supervision. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements of the Machine Operator High school diploma or GED. Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in a manufacturing/production environment as a Machine Operator or other related field. Basic computer literacy. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to determine measurements at a glance. Ability to comprehend and apply basic mathematical skills.
