DESCRIPTION
Mixer Operator Responsibilities:
Operate and control mixing equipment according to production specifications and instructions.
Maintain and monitor the quality and consistency of mixes throughout the production process.
Set up and calibrate mixing machines, ensuring accurate measurements and desired results.
Prepare raw materials for mixing, including weighing and measuring ingredients.
Adjust mixing parameters, such as speed, feed rate, and duration, to meet product requirements.
Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of ingredients and supplies for continuous operation.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing equipment to ensure its reliability and longevity.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or operational issues to minimize downtime.
Follow proper safety protocols and ad to quality control standards at all times.
Collaborate with production team members to coordinate mixing schedules and maintain efficient workflow.
