This role involves handling ingredients, operating equipment, and maintaining quality control throughout the production process. Key responsibilities include tasks related to material preparation, mixing operations, equipment maintenance, and adherence to production protocols and safety procedures.
Other responsibilities include:
Gather and prepare raw materials and ingredients for mixing operations. Follow detailed job sheets, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and confidential product specifications to conduct precise mixing. Operate, monitor, and adjust mixing and blending equipment to ensure proper functionality and output. Weigh, measure, and load ingredients according to production formulas and recipes. Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to product standards. Conduct quality control checks and sample testing to verify compliance with product specifications. Maintain detailed and accurate batch records, including weights, times, and deviations. Perform routine equipment cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance in accordance with safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet production deadlines. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly. Comply with all safety protocols, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company procedures. Remain flexible and responsive to changing production demands and customer requests. Support a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Work under the direction of the Mixer Team Lead to coordinate daily tasks and production goals.
