Our client, a leader in the Aerospace industry, is seeking an Aerospace Team Lead Aircraft Assembly to join their team. As an Aerospace Team Lead Aircraft Assembly, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and integration of aircraft. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Manage a team of technicians to lead the daily operations and complete aircraft assembly & integration in accordance with company goals and objectives.
Lead the daily production meetings to communicate priorities and goals to the team and between shifts.
Assist in the development of a low volume production process and the transition to high volume production.
Provide technical leadership and help mentor staff to diagnose and solve problems and build capabilities.
Ensure a culture of safety which includes employee feedback and participation in people & product safety.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
3-5 years of related experience in the Aerospace industry.
Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing methods including wire harness fabrication and installation, mechanical system assembly, and composite fabrication.
Effective organizational, time management skills and leadership support.
Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Google suite.
