Machine Operator Hardy Farms Peanuts-Roasting Division 318 Industrial Blvd, Hawkinsville, GA 31036 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires a strong understanding of Machine operation, Documentation, Food Safety, and basic math skills to effectively contribute to our assembly line processes. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery including Roasters, Elevators, and VFDs. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Handle materials efficiently, including packaging finished products for shipment. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize forklift equipment for materials handling when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. collect sterile samples. work in a fast changing pace and be able to keep up with changeovers and documentation. Experience Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred. Mechanical aptitude Basic math skills are required for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Experience with materials handling and packaging processes is a plus.
