Job Summary:

Operations will safely and effectively operate machinery at assigned work zones for Dillard MDF ‘ Armorite Trim.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Safe to the Core ‘ our #1 Core Value. Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE (as required), perform BBS (Behavior Based Safety), proactively watch for and report hazards, and promote a safety-first culture
• Work as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Adhere to attendance guidelines
• Interact cooperatively and productively with supervisors, co-workers and other support staff and vendors
• Actively train new team members
• Cross train on new jobs, skills and perform other duties as assigned
• Clean-up and Maintain production equipment; including but not limited to machine operation, and forklift operation

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, walk, stoop, stand, push/pulling for up to 12 hours/day in a loud, non-climate-controlled environment
• Work will require lifting up to 49 pounds at a time

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, military, industrial, farming, agriculture, landscaping, carpentry, mechanical, or construction environment
• Previous operator experience with advanced technologies
• 18 months+ consistent work history
