Responsibilities:
Rotate duties on an assembly lineLearn more than one part of the assembly processAssemble parts of a larger machine or monitor an assembly station to ensure quality and equipment functionalityRead blueprints and schematics to understand the construction processUtilize a variety of hand and power toolsOperate and monitor machineryConnect parts by welding or inserting screws or boltsMeasure workpiecesInspect products for quality and damagesPack products into boxes for storage or shipmentReport product damage, operation concerns, safety hazards, and other incidents to managementMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentComply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
Position Requirements:
Warehouse, assembly, and/or manufacturing experience is a plusMay stand for an extended timeEngage in bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and liftingWillingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and with a teamExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSurge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
