Duties Operate and monitor machinery in a factory or warehouse setting to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate parts accurately. Set up and adjust press brake machines for specific production runs. Utilize hand tools effectively for assembly and fabrication tasks. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards and operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to quality control measures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety regulations. Assist in training new employees on machine operation procedures as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred. Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential for interpreting technical specifications. Familiarity with press brake machines and Fanuc systems is a plus. Experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided.
