Starting Salary:
$16.50
- 17.50 DOE per hour with 90-day performance review. $50 WEEKLY BONUS (Adds $1.25/hr based on 40 hour week)

- must work safely and follow all Company policies and procedures Sets up and operates machine Catches parts from conveyer, performs quality check, and packages good parts Quickly identify parts that are out of spec or defective to avoid scrap and shipping to customers Moving heavy parts

Determines dimensions and tolerances of piece to be machined, sequence of operations and machines required by studying specifications, such as blueprint, sketch, damaged part or description of part Plans and executes assignments using machine tools ranging from lathes to milling machines Utilizes precision measuring instruments to check accuracy of work Requires machine shop training in mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties and layout and machining procedures Must be willing to move to other departments or machines, without complaint, if needed Qualifications Candidates must have a stable work history Must be mechanically inclined Proficient use of hand and power tools. Experience using calipers and micrometer is preferred. Experience running manufacturing machinery (i.e. Roll Mill, Press Machine, etc.). Experience setting up machinery is preferred. Excellent troubleshooting capabilities. Experience noted on work history must reflect skills and experience needed to be successful in this role. Position Requirements Must be able to meet attendance standards. Able to perform physical tasks of job such as lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, walking, standing, stooping, pushing, pulling as required to perform tasks as Machinist. Eyesight appropriate for assigned task.
