Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing equipment to produce Superior Industries’ products in a safe and efficient manner. Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime. Communicate any major repair or maintenance needs to the maintenance department. Complete job orders according to the production schedule. Ensure that production meets or exceeds Superior Industries’ high-quality standards. Day Shift 6:00am
- 4:30pm Monday
- Thursday, 6:00am

Skilled in basic math and accurate use of a 20-foot tape measure. Knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and equipment care. Strong communication skills, especially in reporting repair needs. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines. General mechanical understanding
