The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods within our warehouse, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality control. Duties Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely and efficiently. Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and documented. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Handle materials with care, following all safety protocols during heavy equipment operation. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks is highly desirable. Strong understanding of materials handling procedures and shipping/receiving processes. Ability to perform quality control assessments on products. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy items as needed while adhering to safety guidelines.
