Scallop Processing Facility:

•  Machine Operators will: Set up, run, and monitor bag machines and frozen tunnels to maintain consistent production flow.
•  

Machine Operator Adjustments:

Fine-tune settings to maximize performance and meet product specifications.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and report equipment issues promptly to maintenance team or supervisors.

Production Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain smooth workflow.

Compliance & Safety:

Follow all plant safety procedures and food industry regulations (HACCP), including proper use of PPE.

Data Documentation:

Accurately record production data and equipment performance; report any operational issues. Qualifications of a Machine Operator of a

Scallop Processing Facility:

• Prior experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is preferred.
•  Ability to lift, move, or push up to 50 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
•  Comfortable working in cold, wet, and humid conditions.
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to move between workstations and adapt to changing priorities.
