Full Job Description Job Overview:

We’re currently hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Attleboro, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of machine operation experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery Perform basic machine adjustments to maintain product quality Inspect products for defects and ensure consistent output Follow safety guidelines and production procedures Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Experience with manual assembly is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
