$18-$19 per hour We are currently seeking aManufacturing Operator I for the 1st shift at our Fall River, MAfacility. This position is ideal for someone with a background inpharmaceutical manufacturing who values teamwork, precision, andcompliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense raw materials and primary packaging components as per workorders. Execute batch processing with proper planning anddocumentation. Perform cleaning and sanitation of production areasand machinery. Monitor and document daily production performance.

Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on quality,efficiency, and minimal waste. Conduct equipment maintenance andcoordinate preventive maintenance with engineering. Maintaininventory of parts, tools, and accessories. Collaboratecross-functionally with packaging, maintenance, and quality teams.

Ensure proper status labeling during manufacturing, filling, andcleaning. Perform calibration/verification of instruments andbalances. Carry out line clearance and ensure PPE compliance.

Operate computer systems to document and track manufacturingprocesses. Maintain 100% compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, andcompany policies. Report any deviations or issues to the departmentmanager. Assist in training new team members when necessary. Beflexible to work extended hours based on manufacturing needs.

Participate in all required training programs, including periodicre-training.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceuticalmanufacturing experience; MDI experience preferred. High schooldiploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).Understanding of cGMP and FDA regulatory standards preferred. Basicmechanical aptitude and familiarity with control systems. Abilityto follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Physicallycapable of lifting and bending frequently. Ability to wearappropriate PPE, including respiratory protection as needed.

Knowledge of OSHA and Health & Safety procedures.
