Manufacturing Operator – Entry level

Pay Rate:

$18/hr

Hours:

M-F 7am-4pm

Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator to join our manufacturing team! This position is responsible for loading components into mold machines, operating the machinery using control switches, and safely removing finished components. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work with heated materials using proper protective equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load raw components into the mold machine according to production specifications Operate machinery using designated control buttons or switches Safely remove molded components once the cycle is complete Use safety gloves and other PPE when handling heated materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (equivalent work experience accepted) Ability to work safely with heated materials while using safety gloves Basic understanding of machine operation preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Experience:

No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

Ability to operate machinery using control buttons Capable of using hand tools as needed Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks #CNX200
