You will receive training to perform the daily activitiesassociated with the specialty film production process. Starting salaryis $27.72 per hour plus $2.00 per hour for shift premium. Are able to work in room temperatures of 100?. Are able to engage inhigh activity tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladder/stairsand lifting up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience inthe extrusion of films. 3+ years in a manufacturing environment. Forktruck certification. Hoisting and rigging experience. Working knowledgeof computer programs and SAP software. As an Extrusion Operator you willProduce quality materials for customers. Operate, maintain and shut downproduction equipment (blender, resin dryer, 4.5 extruder, take off powerdies, slitter trim winder and film winder). Keep machine fed with resinmixture by accurately calculating formulation, adding, blending, anddrying the batch resin components. Observe and adjust process parametersto ensure proper product specifications. Record and process productinformation. Test samples, complete order paperwork, and make qualityjudgments about the film being produced. Maintain equipment, includingtear down and reassembly of the extruder screw and die. Standardoperating procedures must be followed to ensure that health, safety andcompliance is your highest priority.
