You’ll expertly coat a variety of parts, working with different sizes, quantities, base materials, and an array of finishes and chemistries. You’ll perform thorough inspections of parts at every stage of the process – before, during, and after coating – to guarantee flawless results. You’ll competently operate all necessary machinery and instruments, including performing routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll anticipate and overcome potential production issues like material shortages or equipment malfunctions, minimizing their impact on operations. What’s in It for You?
