Set up and operate machines according to job specifications Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Read blueprints and job orders Perform preventive maintenance on machines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Support team goals and help others when needed Requirements of a
Machine Operator:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in cold-heading, threading, or similar preferred Comfortable using micrometers, calipers, rulers, and gauges Ability to read blueprints and follow job instructions Strong attention to detail, math skills, and mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Shift Options:
