The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, safety protocols, and quality control measures. Duties Operate and monitor machinery, including presses and assembly line equipment, to ensure optimal performance. Assemble parts according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition. Package finished products for shipment, ensuring they meet company standards for quality and safety. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or manufacturing facility. Skills Proficient in programming machinery for various production tasks. Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documents related to machining and fabrication. Experience working with stamping presses and other manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of assembly line operations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
