As an Entry Level Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production processes. Attendance is very important in ensuring production runs. The schedule for the position is Day shift , Monday through Thursday, 8am to 8pm, giving employees 8hrs of overtime in just 4 days and will have a 3 day weekend though opportunity for extra overtime may be available on Fridays if running. Duties Operate and monitor machines and other manufacturing equipment. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Assist in the setup of machines for production runs. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Meet production goals. Maintain a clean work environment. Experience Previous experience is a plus but not required. Position is entry level Training is provided. Basic understanding of manufacturing, basic math, and mechanical abilities is preffered. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
