The ideal candidate will have experience operating Swiss screw machines, screw machines, or Hydro mat rotary transfer machines in a precision manufacturing environment. Hydromat experience is highly desirable and will be strongly considered in the hiring process.

Position Type:

Temp to hire (initially fulltime temporary with potential to convert to permanence position after initial probationary period).

Salary:

$25 to $30 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday, 6:00an to 2:30pm Responsibilities Set up and operate Hydromat and Swiss-style CNC screw machines. Monitor and adjust machine operations, including Hydromat rotary transfers, to ensure optimal performance and part quality. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve minor Hydromat machine issues to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience with Hydro mat equipment is strongly preferred. Prior experience as a screw machine or Swiss machine operator is required. Strong understanding of machining principles and blueprints. Familiarity with precision measurement tools and inspection processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. #
