Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for different production runs. Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process. Requirements of the Machine Operator Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred. Ability to work the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm. 12Hrs shift from 7am to 7pm. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
