Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Potential overtime on Fridays)

ASAP We are seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time position with our client in Lewiston, Maine. The Machine Operator will be responsible for pulling plastic from molds and performing general machine operation tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be physically capable of lifting and standing throughout the shift. This is a hands-on production role requiring attention to detail, endurance, and the ability to work in a warm warehouse setting. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating machinery to produce quality precision parts
Spraying release agent into molds
Removing (demolding) parts and placing them in the correct location
Performing die cutting or packing as needed
Cleaning equipment and workstations regularly
Following documented production procedures and safety protocols
Documenting completed work per company forms and processes
Supporting team members and communicating issues to leads as needed
Maintaining a clean, safe work environment at all times
Lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling 20-30 lbs. throughout your shift The ideal candidate for this role will have: High School Diploma or GED (required)
Prior machine operation or production experience (preferred)
Mechanical skills and strong upper body strength
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions
Good communication skills and teamwork mentality
Physical ability to stand all shift and tolerate warehouse temperatures up to 95°F
Strong visual accuracy and depth perception
Clean, casual appearance with steel toe shoes required
