• $18.75/hour

• Hours:

• 2:30 PM 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday

• 2nd Shift Machine Operator
• for a
• full-time
• position with our client, a leading precision manufacturing company. TheMachine Operator will be responsible for interpreting specifications,operating machinery, inspecting parts, and contributing to asafety-focused and team-driven environment. Candidates must have
• strong English-speaking skills for safety purposes
• and
• flexibilityto work in other departments
• as needed. This is a great opportunityfor someone with experience in precision machining and a desire to growwithin a reputable organization.
• As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Interpreting written specifications and shop blueprints
• Performing standard work according to quality plans
• Repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout your shift
• Inspecting parts using pin/thread gages, gauges, calipers, etc
• Setting up and securing stock or workpieces using chucks, vises, or fixtures
• Adding coolant and lubricants as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Participating in improvement activities and standard work revisions
• Generating weekly improvement ideas and working as part of a team
• Following all safety procedures and policies on the production floor
• The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience (especially in precision machining
• Experience reading blueprints and mechanical operating sheets (MOS
• Ability to use standard measuring tools and instruments
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision and adapt across departments
• Excellent attendance and performance history
• Steel toe shoes (required for orientation and work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
