Full-Time Are you ready to join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Machine Operator I to be trained in independently operating, setting up, and changing over 4 Nonwoven Carding Machines . This role is essential in helping us produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Do:
Follow all safety protocols , including Lock-Out Tag-Out and use of PPE (eye and hearing protection). Learn to set up, run, change over, and clean 4 Nonwoven Carding Machines. Maintain machines by cleaning and ensuring proper working condition . Keep your work area organized and clean , following 5S standards . Work closely with Supervisors to understand and apply machine adjustments for quality and performance. Review job documentation thoroughly and ask questions when unsure. Complete jobs within expected production timeframes . Identify and report quality issues , both incoming and those produced by the operation. Communicate status updates and concerns with Supervisors and across shifts.
