Machine Operator Job Description We are now hiring machine operators for our client in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will be operating manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products. This is a night shift position from 6 PM to 6 AM on a 4 on, 4 off schedule. We are seeking motivated individuals with a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment to produce building products Monitor and maintain long extruder machines Ensure quality and efficiency in production processes Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Essential Skills Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for work At least 6 months of previous production or manufacturing experience Comfortable with 12-hour shifts, including constant walking and standing Ability to communicate effectively in English Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in machine operation and general labor Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including some weekends Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a large open manufacturing warehouse with around 20 people in production. You will operate and monitor long extruder machines. The schedule includes 12-hour shifts, with both day and night rotations, and some weekends required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, Maine. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
