Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Location:

Job Description:
Setup blades and flange for correct sawing. Calculate difference between saw blade and camera and incorporate this value into saw program. Ensure chuck rotates to correct position per process requirements. Setup, operate and adjust all equipment to produce desired capacitors according to current SOP. Perform all necessary tasks required for operating all necessary equipment. Monitor equipment operating conditions continuously and adjust as needed. Operate multiple machines and task as required. Work must be organized for optimum process flow. Determines process requirement on a travel ticket or lot by lot bases. Assist other operators as necessary. Train personnel as required. Understand and follow SOP’s slash sheets, PDC and any other applicable specifications. Responsible for completing respective paperwork and computer entries as applicable. Adhere consistently to safety and housekeeping standards. This job requires walking or standing for the full shift. Meet or exceed daily output goal.
