We manufacture everything in-house under strict quality standards to ensure product consistency, safety, and transparency. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Pharmaceutical Compounder to join our core production team. Role Overview As a Pharmaceutical Compounder at Nunu, you will be responsible for the precise preparation and mixing of formulations — from raw materials to finished product. This is a hands-on, GMP-compliant role in a small team environment. You will work directly with our production lead to carry out batching, filling, and packaging operations for capsules, liquids, and other dosage forms. Key Responsibilities Accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to batch records and SOPs Operate production equipment such as mixers, liquid fillers, capsule machines, and blenders Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant compounding environment Document each step of the process clearly and thoroughly in production records Follow all procedures for cleaning, line clearance, and material handling Assist with labeling, bottling, and packaging as needed Work with the quality team to ensure every batch meets specification Follow safety and PPE protocols at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or supplement manufacturing preferred Familiarity with GMP or FDA-regulated environments strongly preferred Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Organized, dependable, and quality-focused
