Are you ready to start your manufacturing career on a high-speed, fully automated packaging line?
As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll be the key player ensuring maximum productivity and
efficiency during your shift. You’ll operate and troubleshoot automated packaging machines, make
sure production targets and quality standards are consistently met. This entry-level operator role is perfect for someone with production or warehouse experience looking to grow and build a long
- term career in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor high-speed, machine-paced packaging lines
- Troubleshoot issues such as conveyor jams, part malfunctions, and product handling problems
- Perform routine machine changeovers and minor maintenance
- Ensure quality control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Collaborate with shift leaders, planners, and maintenance teams to hit daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs
- Enter accurate production and quality data electronically
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and progress your career
What We’re Looking For:
- Production or warehouse experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required (if you don’t have one, Manpower offers programs to
help you earn it) - Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work standing for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks like
bending and reaching - Commitment to quality and safety standards
- Comfortable working to tight production targets and KPIs
- Interest in career growth in manufacturing—from Manufacturing Associate to Team Leader and beyond
