2nd Shift (2:30 – 11:00) Will train on day shift. Must passwritten Class 1 Fabricator test. Must supply own safety toe shoes,long pants, short/long sleeve, no Tank Top All other PPE supplied.

DESCRIPTION

Produce high quality products andservices for our customers. You will monitor production output andensure that products meet customer specifications and qualityexpectations. You will be responsible for your work area to ensurethe safe and efficient operation of the area. Responsibilities willinclude, but are not limited to, set up and monitor the productionof parts and continuous process improvement at the site to addresssafety, production, and adherence to quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrated ability to follow direction and read blueprints. Setup and operate machines to start production cycle, includingcalibration, tolerances. Set up and change over equipment toolingand dies. Write and interpret CNC programs when needed. Ability toanalyze information and concepts. Inspect parts with precision andmeasuring tools. Periodically test and troubleshoot machineoperation and output. Maintain work area for cleanliness. Adherenceto all safety and plant rules. Record and report production data.

Utilize tape measures, calipers, squares, micrometers, andprotractors. General maintenance of tools and equipment. Safeoperation of the forklift and all other lift assist and tools.

Perform other duties as assigned.

YOU MUST HAVE

Technical educationis a plus. Computer literacy. Ability to meet the physical demandsof the job, including standing, bending, pulling pushing, climbingand lifting at least 40 pounds.

years of experience inmetal processing and machine operation. (Class 1) 1 year experiencein metal processing and machine operation. (Class 2) Workingknowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools.

HAAS, MAZAK, and Manual Mill, MAZAK lathe, Trumpf lasers and pressbrake experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills and a keenattention to detail. An Ability to collaborate with others and workindependently. An ability to communicate information clearly. HighSchool Diploma or GED equivalent is a plus.
