Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Embroidery Machine Operator to join our fulfillment team. This person will be responsible for operating and maintaining commercial embroidery machines, prepping materials, and ensuring that every stitch meets our high standards for quality and precision.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate embroidery machines Read and follow design files, thread charts, and production orders Load and hoop fabric or materials accurately and consistently Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot as needed Inspect completed embroidery for accuracy, alignment, and quality Collaborate with the fulfillment team to stay on schedule and meet daily quotas Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements:
Prior experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication and teamwork skills A passion for craftsmanship and pride in producing beautiful, high-quality work
