Machinery includes a strong emphasis on CNC routers and CNC programmable panel saws.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate CNC routers and CNC programmable panel saws for cutting and shaping wood components. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or CAD drawings to determine machine settings and operations. Load materials and monitor machines during operations to ensure accurate production. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues. Perform quality check inspection on finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications and company standards. Reports any defective materials or any other issues to immediate supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards and protocols. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent GED Training &/or Experience :

Two (2) or more years of experience operating woodworking machinery in a manufacturing environment. Two (2) or more years of working knowledge of CNC routers and CNC programmable panel saws required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Previous experience operating woodworking machinery in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of CNC routers and CNC programmable panel saws required, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics. Strong attention to detail and good basic mechanical aptitude Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Strong communication skills and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also able to work independently.
