Job Description:

The Product Assistant (Manufacturing Tech I) will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by performing hands-on production, cleaning, equipment setup, and troubleshooting in a GMP-regulated environment. This is not a warehouse role. The position requires strong attention to detail, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols. Essential Job Functions Operate and maintain various processing and packaging equipment: COP (Clean-Out-of-Place) CIP (Clean-In-Place) Kaps All Torquer, Label Line Hand torque and torque testing Perform production line operations, including: Testing lab equipment Packaging of bags and bottles Application of pinch clamps Bottle pass-through to Class 100 cleanroom Manual cleaning of small parts and routine room cleaning (daily/monthly phenolic) Pulling bottles from inventory Document production activities accurately in SAP (eBR) and logbooks Follow production procedures and comply with all GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards Properly label all in-process equipment and containers Use, clean, and store PPE appropriately Operate pallet jack and handle materials safely Support waste disposal and general cleanliness of production environment

Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience & Skills:

Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing or assembly line environment Experience with SAP systems (required) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience preparing and verifying packaging setups Testing and cleaning of lab equipment and materials Punctual and detail-oriented Additional Requirements Must be clean-shaven (for PPE compliance) Must pass a physical examination Steel-toed shoes required Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs. Ability to work while wearing PPE, including respirators, for extended periods Must be flexible with shift schedules (including 8/10/12-hour shifts if needed)
