POSITION SUMMARY
Required skilled anddetail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our team in theproduction of windshield washer pumps. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for assembling various components of the pump, ensuringhigh-quality standards and efficient production processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform spot welding,riveting, and screwing fasteners to assemble pump components.
Manually assemble small, sensitive components such as O-rings andgaskets. Apply lubricants to specific parts as required. Conducttesting using mechanical testers to ensure product quality andfunctionality. Operate production equipment including spot welders,riveters, pneumatic presses, and testers. Handle and manage smallspills of washer fluid safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean andorganized work area. Follow safety protocols and standard operatingprocedures. Experience in manual assembly and use of power tools.
Ability to operate production equipment such as spot welders,riveters, pneumatic presses, and testers. Attention to detail andability to work with small, sensitive components. Basicunderstanding of mechanical testing procedures. Ability to followinstructions and work independently or as part of a team. Goodhand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. High school diploma orequivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in asimilar assembly role. Knowledge of safety standards and proceduresin a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills andability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
