Machine Operator — Olive Branch, MS Openwork is seeking a motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our team at our Olive Branch, MS facility. This role involves operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborating effectively with team members. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust machinery to ensure quality production Monitor production quality and perform required box quality checks Enter production data and maintain accurate records Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures Count, stack, and package finished products Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of machine and work area Report mechanical issues promptly to the supervisor Work overtime and weekends as required Minimum Requirements Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16″ and perform basic math Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot/cold conditions and around energy sources Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude At least 18 years old with prior manufacturing or warehouse experience Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience with corrugated converting (Rotary Die Cut and/or Folder Gluer)
