The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of packaging processes, mechanical knowledge, and adherence to safety regulations. The Packager will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the overall success of our production team. Duties Operate packaging machinery and equipment to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and mechanical devices to ensure proper assembly and packaging of items. Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in the operation of forklifts for material handling as needed. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance on packaging machinery. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with mechanical systems and logic controllers is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
