Receives and stacks lumber truss components from the saw.

Job Duties :

Efficiently stacks lumber truss components from the saw Organizes lumber truss components by job number, truss type, and batch letter on lumber carts Verifies accuracy of truss component lengths and communicates variances greater than 1/16 to the Sawyer Maintains a clean work area, free from excess amounts of sawdust Complies with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance Adheres to OSHA requirements and company policies/procedures to ensure safety at all times Performs other duties, as assigned

Education/Experience :

High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Work Environment :

While performing this job’s duties, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and bend over. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 80 pounds.
