Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for machine start-ups Be the responder to all machine, robot, TCU and secondary equipment alarms. Ensure machines and robots are running at optimum efficiency Troubleshoot machine, mold and material problems Report to Production engineer any difficulties or problems requiring special attention. Responsible for the accurate completion of paperwork. Responsible for all die change activities Responsible for maintaining the appearance of all TCU’s, Robot Control Stations Ensure proper care of all equipment especially the managing and proper disposal of all purgings. Responsible for continuous improvement (ideas and suggestions) Responsible to follow all OSHA and safety rules and regulations Other duties as requested. Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines. Make required machine and equipment control adjustments to maintain proper quality and cycle efficiency Support the development of Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
Experience:
Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the injection molding process and tooling (including tooling qualifications and troubleshooting), or equivalent. Preferably experience in process validations and adjustments through
IQ, OQ & PQ.
High School Diploma or GED required.
