Mixer Operator Position Available In Alamance, North Carolina

Mixer Operator 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Burlington, NC 27217 Our client in Burlington is seeking a Mixer Operator on first shift. This position is Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 2:30pm on a temp-to-hire basis. The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of machine operating experience and a consistent work history.

Key Responsibilities:

Load products onto processing platforms. Operate the kettle equipment. Organize and stack finished products on pallets for the following day’s use. Prepare and operate the Urschel Chopper Machine. Process solid materials using the chopper. Transport barrels containing solids outside. Line tubs with plastic bags before product packing. Perform product packaging duties. Remove and dispose of waste. Sanitize the chopper machine. Clean gray barrels thoroughly.

Position Requirements:

Must be capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Physically fit to perform duties that include extended periods of standing, sitting, bending, lifting, kneeling, stair climbing, and other job-related tasks. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a team and meet scheduled deadlines. Comfortable working in a high-speed, dynamic production environment. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strict adherence to safety protocols when using tools, machinery, and services. Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisory or management staff, including the Production Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, VP of Operations (or their delegates).
