About the role As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at theheart of our production process, playing a vital role in craftinghigh-quality wet wipes and related products. This role is perfectfor someone who’s mechanically inclined, detail-driven, and thrivesin a fast-paced, hands-on environment. What you”ll do

• Set up,adjust, and operate Teknoweb converting lines
• Monitor machineperformance and make real-time adjustments to ensure consistentproduct quality
• Conduct regular inspections of finished productsand packaging
• Ensure all output meets established specificationsand quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, andminor repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate tomaintenance or supervisors as needed
• Follow all safety protocolsand maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
• Ensure safeoperation of all machinery
• Track usage of production andpackaging materials
• Accurately complete production logs, reports,and maintenance records
• Document any deviations or qualityconcerns
• Notify supervisors of low stock and assist withinventory counts
• Work closely with production leaders,maintenance staff, and quality control teams
• Assist incross-training new team members to promote versatility andstrengthen line performance
• Uphold strong attention to detail inall aspects of production, documentation, and product inspections
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to meetingor exceeding daily production targets
• Support team goals andcontribute to a smooth workflow
• Participate in training for newequipment and processes
• Share ideas to improve efficiency,safety, and product quality Qualifications
• Proven experience as aMachine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment,preferably with Teknoweb or similar converting lines.
• Strongmechanical aptitude and familiarity with production machinery andmechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technicaldocuments, blueprints, and manuals, including SOPs.
• Excellentattention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
• Basicmath skills for measurements and calculations.
• Physical staminaand the ability to lift and move materials, stand for extendedperiods, and perform repetitive tasks as required.
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adherence to health andsafety regulations
• Willingness to work occasional overtime asneeded to meet deadlines. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand,walk, and operate machinery for extended periods (8-12 hours)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending,stooping, reaching, and manual handling of materials
• Comfortableworking in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures,noise levels, and exposure to machinery
• Use of personalprotective equipment (PPE) as required

Education:

• High schooldiploma or GED (required)
