What’s the Job?
Operate machinery to produce parts according to print specifications.
Perform visual inspections and verify dimensions to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain an organized work area and adhere to safety procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production issues.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support team goals.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
Ability to read and interpret specifications and work instructions.
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
