About the
Role:
We’re hiring a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a weekend shift. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and monitor machines or robots that cut, form, and shape metal or plastic parts. Ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to grow their skills in a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect and measure finished parts for quality
Monitor machines and adjust settings for accuracy
Follow blues or job orders to meet production specs
Set up and operate lathes, drills, grinders, presses, etc.
Load and secure materials manually or with hoists
Change out worn accessories like cutting tools or brushes
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Notify supervisors of any major repairs or issues
What We’re Looking For:
Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of tools/machines
Ability to read and follow blues and instructions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of machine operation experience

Pay Details:
$19.00 per hour
