This role involves working with various machinery and tools to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and operational efficiency. We offer full time Day shift 5 8 hour days or 4 10 hour days, night shift 4 10 hour nights with a shift premium and weekends 3 12 hour days with a shift premium. Also there is some part time positions available. Responsibilities Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including embroidery and sewing machines. Manufacture according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality in every product. Collaborate with team members to implement Lean manufacturing principles, enhancing productivity and reducing waste. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools, performing routine maintenance to prevent downtime. Utilize hand tools effectively for assembly and repair tasks, maintaining a safe work environment. Skills Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
