What You’ll Do:

Operate assembly machines and equipment safely and efficiently Assemble components according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Perform quality checks and first-piece inspections to ensure accuracy Complete required documentation (VE logs, inspection records, scrap logs, etc.) Execute machine changeovers quickly and correctly Tag, separate, and handle scrap/rework parts properly Support line feeding and maintain a clean, organized workspace Work toward cell qualification and production sign-off

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Attention to detail and strong work ethic Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
