The Opportunity:
Responsible for daily operations of baler room by waste handling, loading trucks, etc. Maintain housekeeping and 5S to standards set by management. Ensure balers are working properly
Meet customer disposal requirements
Recycle paper in Gaylord boxes taken to baler room
Adoption and collection of materials, etc. and maintain BOL’s and other paperwork as necessary

PPE must be worn while on your job. Safety glasses, ear plugs, hair nets, beard nets, leather gloves and steel toe shoes, long pants (when banding), bump caps and gloves per glove policy.

What you need to succeed:
Testing and Measuring Ability (General Math): Ability to use and read basic measurement devices, (calculator, tape measure, and ruler.) Tow motor certification. Lift truck certification and pallet jack operation. General mechanical aptitude. Pass Farnsworth Munsel-100 Hue Test.
Written/Verbal Communications Skills:
Must follow detailed instructions for training and quality.
Computer Skills:
Basicputer skills.
Knowledge of Cartons:
Perform quality checks on cartons being processed. Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
