We’re hiring Assembly Operators to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Newton, NC, where you’ll work with advanced machinery, assemble high-quality components, and help keep our production line running at top speed.

1st Shift | 6:00 AM

• 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

Operate machinery to meet daily production and quality goals
Assemble components accurately by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Conduct regular quality checks and maintain inspection records
Perform machine changeovers and handle scrap/rework as needed
Assist with line feeding and help maintain a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Great attention to detail and solid mechanical aptitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
